Who needs search engine marketing

What types of companies need search engine marketing? Any type of company that needs more sales/sales revenue generated from a website. Companies that are interested in learning what their customers are interested in. Companies that are interested in the impact of offline marketing to their brand. Companies that are interested in learning what their prospective customers dont like. Companies that view customers/prospective customers as guests..seeking to start a new relationship that will benefit both parties. Companies that are seeking to continually improve[kaizen] their company. Companies that are curious what their customers are thinking today and a desire to stay relevant in their mind. I liken it to beverage marketing where the goal is to be in the set of choices before the buyer makes a decision. If you were in the set and are no longer, your business will cease to exist.
